Resolved – It has been confirmed that only customers with Cogent as their ISP are experiencing issues connecting to hosted exchange in the EMEA region. We are encouraging customers to reach out to their ISP for additional information. This will be the final update for this incident.

Update – We are continuing to investigate the issue and are getting reports of an ISP(Cogent) issue in the EMEA/AG region. At this time there is no known issue with the data center. We will continue to update status as we have more information.
